Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are provided under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment for a service or product.
- Refunds will only be considered if the issue with the service/product cannot be resolved by our team.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Initiated Projects: Once a project is initiated, no full refund will be possible. A partial refund may be provided after deducting the cost of services rendered until the cancellation date.
- Product Subscriptions: For products purchased on an annual or subscription basis, refunds will not be issued if the product has already been used or accessed.
- One-Time Payments: One-time paid services are non-refundable after delivery.
3. Refund Calculation
Any refund will be processed after deducting the cost of services already availed or delivered. This includes:
- Time spent on the project.
- Resources allocated.
- Any applicable administrative or setup costs.
4. Refund Process

- After evaluation, approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
